Golden Dragon Holdings, Inc. Launched Its Logistic RF Software Module

Friday 19. December 2008 - Golden Dragon Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GDHI) (the Company) has finished installing its RF (Radio Frequency) module on its WMS (Warehouse Management System) platform. The Company has been designing this module for the past 6 months with software developers in China.

The RF module will be used with RF handheld infrared scanners to effectively control the inventory in the Beijing warehouse and in supermarkets where the company has products on consignment.
Mr. Cuenca COO stated, “We need to precisely manage our inventory and have this information on our fingertips. This will allow us to ship orders quickly, remotely control the inventory in some of our supermarkets, and accurately and efficiently manage our inventory. This is the heart of our operations, we will constantly be enhancing our WMS system to simplify and or automate productivity.”
The WMS software is also a key component to the Company’s efforts to build a regional distribution franchise system. Under the Company’s franchise distribution system, the Company will award franchises for various regions in China and eventually throughout Asia. In addition to regional product exclusivity, Golden Dragon will give these franchisees support with advertising, product promotion and logistic services. This franchise model will not only create 4 separate revenue streams (products sales, advertising and promotion, logistic services and royalties), but it will allow the Company to control data, quality and marketing.
