Ileos announces the appointments as CEO of Alliora and Packetis

Wednesday 17. December 2008 - ALLIORA, a subsidiary of Ileos specialising in high quality packaging for the beauty products and wine and spirits markets, is pleased to announce that Stéphane François has joined them as Managing Director, replacing Thierry Lucereau who has left the company personal reasons.

Stéphane François, 44 years old, is appointed as CEO of Alliora, specialising in High end packaging for the beauty products and wine and spirits markets. He replaces Thierry Lucereau.
Stéphane François has more than 10 years experience in packaging and printing. Initially at Packart Stéphane François has been General Manager at Printor Packaging and SEF.

PACKETIS, a subsidiary of Ileos is pleased to announce that Philippe Declerck has joined them as Managing Director, replacing Emmanuel Herbinet who has left the company for personal reasons.

Philippe Declerck, 41 years old, sit on Group Board, is appointed CEO of Packetis, specialising in packaging for the hygiene, health and beauty care markets. He replaces Emmanuel Herbinet.
He joined Nord Est, parent company of Ileos, in June 1999 and was promoted to Assistant General Manager in January 2006.
