Standard Register Declares Quarterly Dividend

Monday 15. December 2008 - Standard Register's (NYSE: SR) board of directors today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share to be paid March 6, 2009 to shareholders of record as of February 20, 2009.

The Company has paid dividends every quarter since going public in 1956.
