DRAABE Brings Full-Line of State-of-the-Art Air Humidification Systems to IFRA EXPO 2008
Monday 03. November 2008 - Show attendees can learn about important humidification benefits such as higher press and plant performance, lower operating costs and enhanced health protection at the DRAABE Booth 8050
DRAABE, the worlds leading manufacturer of humidification systems, is displaying its full line of state-of-the-art air humidification systems for all printing applications and discussing how its systems can provide higher press and plant performances, lower operating costs, and enhanced health protection. “We look forward to meeting show-goers at IFRA EXPO to ex-plain to them how our humidification systems can provide an array of im-portant benefits,” says Dominic Giesel, DRAABEs Head of Marketing: “Constant optimum air humidity is an important climatic parameter to avoid web breaks caused by driedout glued joints, paper distortion and static charge. We invite show-goers to compare and contrast less beneficial sys-tems, such as steam or compressed air humidifiers, against our superior high-pressure humidification systems.” The products to be displayed and fully-functional include three different versions of the state-of-the-art high-pressure TurboFog. The DRAABE high-pressure air humidification Turbo-Fog system features a pulsating hydraulic flow and special titanium noz-zles that atomize the water to a micro-fine aerosol directly in the room. Not only is this procedure very energy efficient, it is also quiet and absolutely drip free. The air humidity is controlled by digital control units. The atomiza-tion is activated as soon as the air humidity falls below the set optimum value. Only highly pure, de-mineralized water from a reverse osmosis unit integrated in the DRAABE System is used in order to ensure hygienic and trouble-free operation of the air humidification system.
