Rexam launches its newest compact design: the breakthrough ” Diamond Cut”

Rexam’s newest compact line, the Diamond Cut, is an industry first designed for growing demand for beauty product packaging that evokes the glamour, status and visual appeal of the rarest and most desirable of gemstones. Jewellery packagings are in!

A perfect alternative to traditional compacts, in markets from mass to prestige, the Rexam Make Up Diamond Cut is crafted to dazzle consumers at the point of sale. The line includes three Diamond Cut sizes, for make-up applications such as foundation, blush, eye shadow and lip gloss. Each compact assembly consists of two components, made of PMMA/AS, with highly polished surfaces and crisply-defined facets that reflect light to recreate the excitement of an actual diamond.
Rexam Make Up specially developed a proprietary mold making technique to achieve highly polished surfaces with sharp & clean lines. The result is a brilliant, one-of-a-kind cut-diamond effect.

Custom diamond effects are also possible, through lacquering, metallization, and decoration techniques such as hot stamping and silk-screening for a perfect finish.
