Friday 24. October 2008 - The ValuePlus brand stands for a com-prehensive services program from WRH Marketing AG and Ferag AG. The Domino, Chess, Memory and Mikado products cover all needs associated with service, maintenance, training and line installation.
ValuePlus is a customer-oriented initiative by WRH Marketing AG and Ferag AG. The services provided in the Domino, Chess, Memory and Mi-kado products secure the overall serviceability of Ferag production installa-tions and also guarantee dependable operation throughout their entire service life.
Domino contains a complete catalogue of services with 24-hour support on 365 days of the year, plus advice and analyses, overhaul, repairs, and maintenance contracts that are precisely tailored to specific operations and processes.
Chess is a modular training concept. Introductory courses in Hinwil pre-pare employees for operating their installations. The second part of the course is held on the customers premises, where nnowledge gained dur-ing the introductory phase in Hinwil is consolidated and adapted to the specific requirements of the customers production schedule.
Memory covers the whole of the materials area, including special tools and replacement parts. Memory also covers the modification of installations on the mechanical and control-system levels.
