JobFolio: Quality products for postpress processing at a set price

The product line includes the JobStack compensating stacker, JobFeed infeed system, JobStrap strapping machine with underwrapper infeed, and strapping tape.

JobStack 2075 for newspaper and commercial
The JobStack 2075 series incorporates two compensating stackers de-signed for standard bundling applications in the newspaper and com-mercial sectors. While the JobStack 20 is used for speeds of 20,000 cph on gatherer-stitcher, perfect binder and packaging/addressing lines, the JobStack 75 takes up production at 75,000 cph off coldset and heatset presses, conventional three-side trimmers, and fast inserting machines. It processes products with paginations between 4 and 96 sides.
JobFeed also with the JetFeeder interface
Various models are available in the JobFeed series for feeding gatherer-stitchers, perfect binders and packaging/addressing lines. Models in the JobFeed series are mainly distinguished by their high buffer capacity. High production continuity and stability are thus guaranteed with very little input on the part of the operator. Automatic infeeding off logs is pos-sible in addition to manual product feeding.
The JobFeed F model has been specially designed with a connection interface to the JetFeeder hopper. The infeed system is used in the newspaper, magazine and commercial production segments in conjunc-tion with the MultiSertDrum inserting drum, the UniDrum gatherer-stitcher drum and the new PolyStream polybagging line. In the basis version, JobFeed F can be operated manually, but can be expanded as an option for working off logs with lengths varying between 1.3 and 3 meters. It can handle products with spine lengths up to 451 mm.
JobStrap: solid strapping technology
JobStrap AP and JobStrap N are two simple yet solid strapping ma-chines. The JobStrap AP table model is an easy-to-operate semi-automatic machine for universal applications in postpress processing and packaging operations. The JobStrap AP reaches 50 cycles per min-ute and is equipped with electronic tape-tension control.
The JobStrap N model has been designed for fully automatic strapping in industrial-scale postpress processing installations. This strapping ma-chine is equipped with bundle turning and runs at 25 bundles per minute, including cross strapping. From the functional and performance points of view, JobStrap N is the equal of strapping machines from a higher price category.
The JobWrap is available as a dedicated underwrapper for this ma-chine, providing reliable and effective protection for the strapped bun-dles. In addition to its use with the JobStrap N, the JobWrap can also be used without problems on strapping machines of alternative pedigrees.
JobPop: the lightest strapping tape
In the materials area, WRH Marketing AG is the supplier of JobPop, cur-rently the lightest and best-priced strapping tape on the market. The tape is 5 mm wide and weighs only 1.3 grams per meter, and has been spe-cially designed for use with the JobStrap N and JobStrap AP strapping machines. Thanks to JobPops high spool capacity, material costs can be kept that much lower.
