BancTec Demonstrates Digital Mailroom and Payment Processing Solutions at ARMA International Conference and Expo

BancTec, a global provider of advanced, high volume document and payment processing solutions and services, will feature its digital mailroom and accounts payable automation solutions at the ARMA International Conference and Expo (booth # 631), to be held October 20-23, 2008 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. ARMA International is a not-for-profit professional association and the leader in education and training for records and information management professionals.

At the show, BancTec will feature CenterVision(TM), a digital mailroom automation solution that converges departmental capture applications and complex mailroom centers onto a common platform. With its unique capture interface, management dashboard, and automated processing and distribution capabilities, the CenterVision solution helps organizations speed up the delivery of business-critical information, streamline existing document processes, and more easily adapt to changing business requirements.

BancTec will also demonstrate AP Master(TM), the company’s accounts payable automation solution, which is designed to address the challenges that exist at every stage of the procure-to-pay process. Finally, the company will have on display its revolutionary, next generation document scanning system, IntelliScan(R) XDS.
