Bang Printing Acquires Delta Printing Solutions
Thursday 18. September 2008 - Leading Midwest Book Manufacturer Expands Capabilities and Reach with Acquisition of West Coast Book Manufacturer
Bang Printing, a book manufacturer headquartered in Brainerd, Minnesota, announces the acquisition of Southern California-based Delta Printing Solutions.
The combined companies will take advantage of dual-facility benefits including plant load balancing, employee cross training and increased purchasing power. Bang Printings Minnesota facility produces 10,000 titles each year. Combined with Delta Printing Solutions output, this number will easily exceed 15,000. Together, the two facilities will employ 350 people.
