PSA Unveils Delivery of Multi-Channel Direct Marketing Solutions

Wednesday 03. September 2008 - PSA, a leading provider of direct mail and card solutions, announced the launch of its integrated multi-channel Direct Marketing Production Management platform.

“This is a natural evolution for us,” said President and COO, James Cyze. “The change from being a direct mail and card production company to offering a broader spectrum of direct marketing solutions is the next logical step in meeting the growing needs of our clients.”

As part of the company-wide realignment, a new team was created to specialize in pre-program planning. The team, headed by Rich Biller, Chief Technical Officer, will assist clients in creating and delivering the right message to the right audience, on time and on budget.

According to Biller, the timing was perfect for PSA to leverage its vertical market expertise across multiple channels. PSA’s robust services already include design, list management, production, mail and logistics. “This move builds in strategic benefits from the project’s earliest stages, improving deliverability and return on investment,” he said.

A second team was created to focus on Emerging Markets and will be headed by Gustavo Gruber, Director. The team members’ experience in meeting the intricate needs of diverse prospects makes them a valuable resource for PSA clients. “Understanding how to market to minorities is critical in today’s society, and as companies strive to grow their product awareness, we are there to help,” said Gruber.

To cover the high demand for its expanding solution portfolio, PSA has increased its sales force by 60% in the past five months. “A hallmark of great companies is to continually recruit, hire and retain top talent, and we aim to do just that,” stated Angela Trillhaase, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
