DuPont Showcases Innovations for Packaging at Chinaplas 08
Tuesday 26. August 2008 - DuPont Packaging & Industrial Polymers (P&IP) recently presented its latest offerings at Chinaplas 08 in Shanghai, China. The four-day show attracted about 72,000 visitors -- a 16 percent increase from the previous year.
A DuPont booth showcases the companys latest innovations and solutions for the packaging industry. Biomax TPS, a renewably sourced thermoplastic starch for packaging applications, was highlighted as a sustainable offering to the industry. DuPont Entira Antistat was the focus of DuPont industrial polymer offerings at the booth.
“Chinaplas is an important annual trade show where we strengthen our brand position and demonstrate our commitment to the Asian marketplace,” said Pascal Rechatin, managing director, P&IP Asia Pacific.
