MEGA airless systems increase the protection and ergonomics of suncare products

For these fragile products that are susceptible to ambient air, the Self-Sealing Actuator that is integrated in Megas exclusive airless systems, offers an effective barrier against light and air. This patented device comprises an automatic sealing membrane in the orifice of the pump which permanently protects the formula from any contact with the air. It therefore reduces risks of contamination of the formula inside the pump and protects the product from discoloration and dry-out. Another major advantage of using the Self-Sealing Actuator is a significant increase in the stability and shelf life of the product which makes it possible to reduce the quantities of preservatives in the formulation. Moreover, the design of the exclusive MEGA airless pump guarantees a precise and repeatable dose as well as the recovery of almost all the product.
