Major investment in latest tube technology gives M&H even more flexibility

Monday 18. August 2008 - Due to unprecedented growth in its Flexible Tubes business M&H is delighted to announce the addition of tube manufacturing capacity which incorporates additional technology benefits.

A significant sum is being invested in this new facility which will also offer Co-Extruded tubes, enhanced graphics through upgraded print capabilities as well as tamper evident features.
Simon Chidgey, Sales & Marketing Director of M&H, said ‘Speed to market and quality are critical factors when choosing a flexible tube supplier. The addition of this new tube line further strengthens the wide range of packaging available, and will provide improved leadtimes for our customers as well as a key product differentiator. We will continue our policy of investment in new technology in order to meet the high standards demanded by our customers.’

M&H is one of the premier suppliers of plastic bottles, jars and flexible tubes. The company also offers a complete decoration service that includes offset printing, silk screen printing, labelling and hot foil blocking.

It is envisaged that supply from the new tube line will be available from the Beccles, Suffolk plant early summer 2009.
