Miller Graphics Group acquires Corniche Fine Arts Ltd.

June 2008 - Miller Graphics AB acquires Corniche Fine Arts Limited Miller Graphics Group, one of Europes market leaders in prepress for printing and packaging with operations in Sweden, Finland, France, Belgium, Holland, Poland and UK, proudly announces its acquisition of Corniche Fine Arts Limited.
The acquisition of Corniche, one of UKs most respected repro companies, fits well into Miller Graphics strategy to further strengthen its market position in Europe. In search of a stronger market position in the UK, the acquisition of Corniche, situated close to York, is a logical step for the Miller Graphics Group, which already owns an operation in Haverhill near London, specialized in laser engraving of sleeves for the printing industry.
