Friday 30. May 2008 - The RENA conveyor stacker RENA TB 358 is the ideal solution to pick up and transport almost all print media in combination with printers and many other paper processing devices. The combination with any paper processing device could not be easier. Absolutely no electrical or mechanical connections are required.
The conveyor stacker RENA TB 358 can be mounted to the corresponding base support of the RENA 620 / DJP and RENA 630 / DDP print systems. Furthermore, the RENA TB 358 offers an optional floor stand on wheels.
The following features of the RENA TB 358 are included as standard
Smooth variable speed adjustment within the range of 0.2 to 0.9 mtrs/second.
Dual settings offer continuous transport speed or clocked via a light barrier for the shingling of the printing materials.
When in clocked mode, the after-run speed of the belt may be smoothly adjusted.
The RENA conveyor stacker RENA TB 400 was specifically developed for the insertion of RENA IR and RENA UV-Dryers and is used for continuous handling.
The heat-resistant conveyor stacker is equipped with a temperature monitor which stops the dryer automatically in case of overheating or system shutdown.
Integrated ventilators ensure an adequate cooling of electronics within the conveyor stacker.
The RENA Base Suction Belt
The RENA Base consists of a full-surface Suction Belt on an aluminium frame which allows a simple adjustment of accessory units.
The RENA Base Suction Belt was designed for the safe accurate transport of different print material
The complete suction applied to the material avoids possible brushing of the print heads when passing close to them and ensures the quality of print.
The RENA Base Suction Belt is the perfect solution for the transport of different print media with a variable speed adjustment from 0,15 m/s to 2,0 m/s. In combination with RENA print system the RENA Base suction Belt can transport 40,000 postcards (A6)/hour or 30,000 envelopes C5/C6/hour.
Flexible Applications
The RENA Base Suction Belt features an electronic interface for inline connection with external equipment. The suction belt is mounted on height adjustable rolls with a range of up to 900 mm height. This enables easy integration with other media processing systems.
