RF-LoopTag – the innovative concept for RFID / UHF-Tags

Tuesday 27. May 2008 - In RF-LoopTag, bielomatik is presenting a new concept for the production of RFID labels. With the manufacturing process, changes of material and large production volumes enabling deployment in the item-level range for the first time. Placing the new UHF chip module from NXP as a second layer on the pre-produced secondary antenna allows the required range to be achieved.

Positional tolerances are adjusted with the integrated “mini-transponder” via magnetic coupling, providing for faster and more competitive production. The use of environmentally resilient materials provides the basis for a new generation of environmentally friendly and disposable Smart Labels and Smart Label Inlays, made of paper and aluminium.
