New Product Introducing the VividCoater
Monday 26. May 2008 - Graphic Whizard is pleased to announce that it will soon be launching its first entry into the UV coating marketplace. The VividCoater is an impressive off-line flood coater capable of handling a sheet as small as 13.97 cm x 21.59 cm (5.5"x 8.5"), and as large as 54.61cm x 66.04cm (21.5"x 26").
With the optional deep pile feeder, the system is capable of being a production workhorse. A low pile vacuum feed system is currently available. It is also possible to use the industry leading CreaseMaster Plus+ or CreaseMaster Platinum as a feeder for the VividCoater. Like other recently launched Graphic Whizard products, this system incorporates a large, user-friendly touch screen. The interactive screen allows the operator to control various aspects of the machine for greater ease of use, higher productivity and longer machine life. The interface allows tracking of machine use by operator allowing productivity to be monitored. Machine maintenance schedules and fault code tracking are also built into the control system. Even with the VividCoaters superior attributes such as digital touch screen, sophisticated electronic lamp ballast, PLC driven controls, ascending/descending batch counting and other features, it is expected that the retail price of this system will be competitive in the marketplace.
The VividCoater made its first trade show appearance at the OnDemand exhibition held in Boston, March 2008. Shops investing in high-end digital printers want to ensure that the image remains remarkable for their customers. The VividCoater provides a brilliant finishing solution with effective results. The machine will be featured in Graphic Whizards booth A70 located in Hall 13 at DRUPA.
