Schober Card and Ticket Processor – RFID-CP –
This offline processing machine is the perfect solution for the efficient and economical produc-tion of contact less readable tickets for public transportation cards, admission tickets, garment tags and swing tags.
The machine is designed for converting pre-printed heavy label stock, it has inserting and fold-ing capabilities and features, 100% quality control with
faulty product identification and ejection. Personalization and encoding can be added as an option.

RFID-Ti Combi
The RFID-Ti machine is the economical entry solution for producing RFID SMART Labels. Wet Inlays are inserted with a servo motor driven dispensing unit for both clear and opaque transponder rolls. The machine has a driven unwind and web guide to dispense inlays, with the utmost precision, onto a continuously driven carrier web.
Thanks to proven cut & place servo-driven technology, including a cut-off unit and vacuum-driven anvil/patching cylinder, dry inlays will be applied in registration and at high speed on a continuously driven, hot-melt pre-coated, release linear.
After positioning the pre-die cut self-adhesive labels a multi protocol reader, verifies the trans-ponders or finished RFID labels allowing for total production monitoring.
These labels are suitable for automatic product recognition, inventory management of pallet-ized and bundled products, for shipping documents facilitating logistic control optimization and many other uses.
