Tuesday 06. May 2008 - OYSTAR A+F will be showcasing a number of new innovations in its Setline range at interpack 2008

OYSTAR A+F of Kirchlengern will be showcasing two innovations at interpack 2008 in Düsseldorf: The company has extended its established Setline range and will be presenting a freestanding pick and place machine. Both innovations can be seen at the OYSTAR Group’s booth in hall 6, booth no. C 80. OYSTAR A+F is part of ‘OYSTAR. The Process & Packaging Group’, the successor company of the packaging technology division of IWKA AG. OYSTAR HOLDING GmbH is headquartered in Stutensee near Karlsruhe.
The new Setline now comes with a sorting function – one of its highlights. The performance figures are also impressive: It is incredibly flexible and can handle up to eight cup formats and 24 cup sets, as well as a bottle format and bottle set.
The ability to switch rapidly between different formats, as well as smaller batches or assorted trays, are specific market demands that OYSTAR A+F meets with its innovative developments. They help boost profitability and production efficiency, thereby creating lasting value for OYSTAR A+F customers.
OYSTAR A+F’s TWINLINE pick and place machine is a fully automated, format flexible cup packaging system. It places cups in plastic crates and can also operate as a standalone machine. Capable of handling two formats, it can achieve a capacity of up to 16,000 cups per hour.
The TWINLINE pick and place machine can be seen at the booth together with the new aseptic version of the Flexline machine, presented by sister company OYSTAR Hamba of Neunkirchen. In addition, the cup packaging system complements the Combiseptic 81 from OYSTAR Gasti of Schwäbisch Hall.
