New Products for Different Sectors
Tuesday 06. May 2008 - At stand 12 A34 features new products for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and in the print & apply domain:
Tubix, labelling system for empty tubes
generally used in the cosmetics sector and containing body- and hair care products, creams, etc. The machine – with speeds up to 200 pieces/min.- has a stacker where products to be labelled are loaded directly from the original packs, this to ensure extensive working without stoppages.
The Etipack solution, what is more, is fitted with two Original model labellers that operate in “automatic interchange”: or that is, they always leave a labelling machine available to allow working at full rates, thus eliminating stoppages (reel replacement, paper tearing, alarms, etc.). The loader feeds a conveyor belt that conveys the products to the labelling area, featuring an 8 station rotor, each station having a roller that rotating sees to the application of the wrap-around label distributed by the labelling head above. A control system verifies the suitability of the products labelled, rejects those that do not conform, and puts the suitable products on the conveyor belt, that are returned to their original packs.
System 2 for pharmaceutical boxes
automatic labelling system conceived to comply with a European regulation for the labelling and tracing of pharmaceuticals. The system is equipped a Datamax A-4310 thermal print unit for the printing of an incremental Datamatrix barcode, then the label is applied on the top part of the boxes.
Corner and Easy, print & apply automatic systems
CORNER is an automatic print and apply system of labels for the application on the corner of carton/boxes with a very high connectivity capacity (RS232/422 LAN/ETHERNET TCP/IP 10/100 MB Parallel) and equipped with a dual processor electronic allowing a high speed in transmission and processing of label data, even for sequences of different layouts.
EASY is an automatic print and apply system for the application by on air jet on the top/side of box and carton on the move.
