Wednesday 16. April 2008 - Addition of Output Industry Leader Brett Dashwood to OutputLinks' Team Marks Continued Worldwide Growth for OutputLinks.com

OutputLinks, the information and research resource of the high volume transaction output (HVTO) industry, is increasing its global expansion by expanding its Asia-Pacific presence. OutputLinks marks its strategic growth in this region with the appointment of HVTO leader Brett Dashwood, EDP, as an OutputLinks vice president. Dashwood recently finished a long tenure of employment with PrintSoft.

Andy and Julie Plata, owners of OutputLinks, said, “We are thrilled to have Brett Dashwood join our international executive team. Brett’s leadership recognition, deep industry relationships and history of service to the industry will be instrumental as we increase the services available to output professionals in this region.”

As Vice President of OutputLinks’ Asia-Pacific Region, Dashwood is responsible for creating new partnerships while enhancing existing relationships in Australia, New Zealand, Japan and other countries in the greater Asia-Pacific region. In addition, he will focus on adding new services and publication languages specific to the needs of the region.

Dashwood said, “During my tenures in the United States and Australia, I watched OutputLinks steadily expand its services and geographical reach, and I am excited for the opportunity to play a strategic role in its global growth. OutputLinks’ international presence has definitely accelerated over the last few months in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as in Italy, through a partnership with 4IT Group, and in China, through OutputLinks’ partnership with the China Academy of Printing Technology and KeyinPrint Media.”

OutputLinks’ resources include: OutputLinks.com, the online portal for transaction printing; OutputLinks eNews, a weekly e-newsletter with can’t-miss news and features for the HVTO industry; and OutputLinksSearch, a search engine specifically focused on transaction printing and related topics. OutputLinks also now owns Graphics Communications World, the 40-year old information resource of the graphic arts industry.

OutputLinks’ Asia-Pacific initiative is just one of its programs to further expand its services to the global output industry. OutputLinks’ content is currently published in English, Chinese and Italian with more languages to come in the near future
