Day International acquires Hydro Dynamic Products (HDP)
Wednesday 19. March 2008 - Day International, a Flint Group company, a global manufacturer and distributor of highly engineered consumable products used in offset, flexographic and digital printing, has today - Monday 10th March, confirmed completion of the acquisition of HDP.
HDP, headquartered at Shoreham-by-Sea in the UK, is a well established manufacturer of pressroom chemicals. The companys global distribution covers 5 continents. They offer a full range of pressroom consumable products to their customer base including printing blankets, pressroom chemistry and press spare parts as well as an efficient waste management and collection scheme.
