Tuesday 18. March 2008 - Specialist in filling and capping machines for nearly 40 years, Serac will present at Interpack 2008 several packaging solutions and two exclusivities: Rp2 and Athéna
These machines address five specific markets:
Dairy products. In this field, Serac holds a leading position with more than 300 machines installed in the world, of which around fifty in aseptic filling. Covering many applications, the range of solutions put forward at Interpack 2008 benefits from the best of Serac technology and guarantees optimal hygiene. The RABS type isolator, which equips all the aseptic lines, authorizes usually 72 hours of continuous production, without intermediate decontaminations. The ESL machine for the filling of dairy products in PET bottles, which is presented on the booth with its laminar flow, its multi products filling nozzle and its TCS screw capper, is particularly representative of the valuable amount of experience gained by Serac within 40 years and fulfills perfectly the market requirements. Lastly, Nova presents the best seller of its range, the Neo filling machine for dairy products in cups, which runs at rates ranging between 1 500 and 7 500 cups/h and offers an excellent price/quality ratio as well as an exceptional design quality.
Vegetable oil. Dedicated to the packaging in PET bottles, the monobloc filler-capper Canopy with neck transfer, offers an innovative machine architecture which brings several advantages such as a very good visibility and accessibility of the various parts of filling and capping stations as well as an optimized size/performance ratio.
Cosmetic products. On this market, Serac reinforces its presence with Athéna, a unique concept of linear net weight bottle-filling machine especially dedicated to small series productions. Its main assets: a precisely controlled net weight dosing that avoids the overdosing of the bottles and a very high flexibility thanks to the transfer of the containers fitted in pucks.
Detergents. The net weight-filling machine of 2nd generation RP2 fulfills perfectly the needs of industries that wish to implement a commitment to sustainable development, thanks to a design that minimizes impacts on the environment. This machine without embarked tank uses a patented technology that reduces downtimes as well as production costs by cutting on water consumption by 70% on each washing operation.
Serac looks forward to welcoming you at Interpack, on its booth C58 locatec in Hall 8b
