Konica Minolta introduces Nassenger 7 TX at Fespa Digital

Wednesday 27. February 2008 - Konica Minolta IJ Technologies Inc. will exhibit their new textile inkjet printer at the coming FESPA Digital Printing Europe to be held 1-3 April 2008 at Geneva Palexpo in Switzerland.

Konica Minolta IJ Technologies focuses on this printer as the high end line-up in Textile Inkjet Printer Series and the basic technologies have already been shown as the concept machine design at ITMA Munich 2007.

The main features of this printer are;
1. High productivity (maximum printing speed more than 250m2/hour) is available by introducing newly developed Inkjet Print Heads for textile printing use by Konica Minolta. Heads can be driven by Multi Drop Control.
2. The new ink supply system has been developed to meet high speed printing and cost requirements. It also includes large volume ink tanks (5L for each color), in-line degassing systems and active back pressure control.
3. 1,850mm (72″) wide printing capabilities allows this product to be used in new and exciting applications within the digital textile print sector.
4. Print stability and reliability are assured through the use of proven technology taken from Konica Minolta’s current range of printers:
– Stable feed of a wide range of fabrics using an endless belt
– Closed loop jet monitoring delivers consistent and reliable print.
