TallyGenicom(R) Introduces the 9050N/9050DN Monochrome Laser Printers

TallyGenicom today introduces the 9050N and 9050DN Monochrome Laser Printers, workgroup-class printers offering an excellent combination of value, performance and flexibility. The 9050 prints at speeds of up to 50 pages per minute and delivers monthly workloads of up to 300,000 pages – offering an extremely robust, high-end workgroup printer with standard Ethernet connectivity for less than $3,300.

With the capacity to handle up to 5100 pages input and 3800 pages output, the 9050 has the paper handling capability to fulfill the most demanding requirements of conventional high volume settings, and can handle paper sizes from postcard up through tabloid. Paper finishing options include the ability to offset, collate and staple and punch. Optional paper input and output features are available and easily installed; electronic document storage is available on either a hard drive or Compact Flash card. Standard features of the 9050N include a class-leading 600 MHz processor, Adobe(R) PostScript(R)3(TM), 256 MB of RAM memory and 12MB user flash; the 9050DN printer includes duplexing.

The 9050N incorporates TallyGenicom’s Intelliprint(R) controller architecture, which provides users with a number of features not available in competitive printers of the same price. Monitor and modify data on-the-fly, with the powerful Intellifilter feature; legacy data streams can be modified and electronic forms can be triggered with this feature. Other features, such as password protected printing, job library and job accounting enable the user to dramatically improve printing productivity and efficiency.
