Soft signage reaches Home Textile & Fashion

Thursday 19. May 2016 - The current range of d.gen printers is divided among roll-to-roll printers for paper and direct-to-fabric applications, and the completely redesigned Artrix G5 equipped with sticky-belt for the most advanced home textile and fashion applications with reactive, acid and textile pigment inks.

The direct-to-fabric range starts with the entry-level Arachne Hexa, with a printing width of 1,8 meters, a productivity of 52 sqm/hr, 6 colors and the last generation of pigment inks, fed by high-capacity 5 liters tanks. The advanced ink train system of Arachne Hexa is designed to feed different ink chemistries, including reactive and acid dyes. Teleios Hexa is the sister machine that replaces and overtakes the glorious Teleios Black: it is dedicated to soft signage and equipped with a in-line fixation unit. Available in 1,8 meters size with 6 colours and printing speeds up to 74 smq/hr, Teleios Hexa gives a new meaning to the so-called entry level solutions in soft signage. The new d.gen Grande H6 is the newly-designed 3,3 meters with disperse dye or pigment inks for home textile applications and can be ordered without or with a powerful integrated fixation unit. Last but not least, Papyrus G5 is now one of the most productive solutions for paper printing, thanks to its impressive speed of 138 sqm/hr, the compact body, an integrated dryer and the heavy-duty paper winding units. Looking at service machines, at FESPA 2015 d.gen has also launched CaP, a multifunctional unit for pre-treatment and fixation of woven and knitted fabrics.
