Friday 03. November 2017 - The Ronchini RM-PlasmaCut3D is a 3-axis CNC plasma cutting machine designed for crafts, prototyping, and large-format production. Applications include cutting on cards, leather, fabrics, wood, glass, stone, plastic, and metals. The machine offers excellent cutting efficiency and precision performance on most metals and metal sheets of high thicknesses.
Equipped with a powerful Hypertherm Powermax plasma source, high-precision ball screws, rigid linear motion guide, Yaskawa Sigma-7 motors, and aluminum, structure, the RM-PlasmaCut3D guarantees constant power, accuracy, and reliability during the plasma cutting process.
The machines Smart Sense system ensures precise cuts and no smudges through automatic management of the gas pressure. A double smoke suction system, one under the bench and the other one near the cutting torch, eliminates fumes quickly and effectively.
The Ronchini RM-PlasmaCut3D is available in 4 models with working areas ranging from medium to large-format sizes and weights ranging from 500 Kg to 1350 Kg.
