NEWSCYCLE Solutions appoints EMEA Managing Director
Friday 12. May 2017 - Jonas Bringle leads NEWSCYCLE operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa
NEWSCYCLE Solutions announces the promotion of Jonas Bringle to Managing Director for NEWSCYCLEs European, Middle Eastern and African-based business. As Managing Director and a member of the NEWSCYCLE executive team, he will oversee sales, finance and operations for NEWSCYCLE in EMEA. Jonas works from the companys office in Helsingborg, Sweden, and reports to NEWSCYCLE Chief Executive Officer, Preston McKenzie.
Jonas has over two decades of experience working with publishing software systems for the media industry. He began his career as the Sales and Marketing Director for Mactive AB. Later, he was the Scandinavian Managing Director at Atex Group, Ltd., where he led a team responsible for business development and expansion in Northern Europe. Jonas joined NEWSCYCLE in 2013 through the Vista Equity Partners acquisition of Atex, where he served as Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales in EMEA.
“In addition to his new role as Managing Director, Jonas will act as chair of NEWSCYCLEs EMEA Senior Team,” said Preston McKenzie. “The team was developed to focus on the needs of media businesses in EMEA and build communication with our European-based clients. Jonas has long-term relationships with news media customers and understands the ever-changing EMEA market. He is a great asset and source of knowledge for NEWSCYCLE and our team.”
