Based on the Terms and Conditions of the Performance Share Plan 2009-2011, the Board of Directors of Tieto Corporation decided on 10 February 2011 to extend the participation in the Performance Share Plan 2009-2011 due to the changes in Tieto Corporation’s Leadership Team structure.
