NIZO food research has now the ability to produce on semi industrial soups and sauces like ketchup and mayonnaise using the newly acquired Limitech © centrifugal mixer and process cooker. The mixer can be used for ingredient replacement tests, recipe development and the production of food grade samples for market tests and clinical trials.
