For the second consecutive time, Eberle SAS will be exhibiting Gulf Print & Pack in Dubai. Eberle SAS has been increasing its presence in the Gulf for the last few years, by participating at different trade shows and regularly visiting customers and prospects from UAE and Saudi Arabia.
This is the third time that Kiwiplan has had a presence at Gulf Print and Pack and we continue to return as a result of the high level of interest and quality of attendees at the previous events. Reynolds Group Holdings Limited (“Reynolds Group”) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiaries had completed the sale of $1,000.0 million aggregate principal amount of 6.875% Senior Secured Notes due 2021 and $1,000.0 million aggregate principal amount of 8.250% Senior Notes due 2021 (together, the “Notes”). The Notes will mature on February 15, 2021.
