Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated (NASDAQ: COKE) today announced it earned $36.1 million, or basic net income per share of $3.93, on net sales of $1.51 billion for fiscal 2010, compared to net income of $38.1 million, or basic net income per share of $4.16, on net sales of $1.44 billion for fiscal 2009.

Zignago Vetro has purchased around 79% of Huta Szkla Czechy, a Polish manufacturer of glass containers for the cosmetics and perfumery and food and beverage industries
Today, the purchase agreement for the acquisition of around 79% of the share capital of Huta Szkla Czechy (HSC) has been executed for a total price slightly less than 7 million euro. The purchase has been executed through a bank financing which anyway does not affect the already low financial debt of the Zignago Vetro Group.
