Huhtamäki Oyj: Increase in share capital and listing of new shares resulting from use of option rights

A total of 32,206 new shares of Huhtamäki Oyj have been subscribed for based on Huhtamäki Oyj’s option rights 2006 C under company’s Option Rights 2006 Plan. The corresponding increase in the company’s share capital is EUR 109,500.40. The increase has been registered with the Finnish Trade Register on October 18, 2012. The company has requested NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. to list the new shares for public trading as of October 19, 2012. In terms of shareholder rights, the new shares are identical to the shares of the company already traded on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd.

China Shengda Packaging Group Inc.
