The Thimm Packaging Systems division, which belongs to the Thimm Group, has sold its production site in Mexico. With effect from 9 October 2020, the Puebla plant was taken over by the Tri-Wall Group, an international group of packaging specialists with headquarters in Hong Kong. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
