Tyco Electronics Ltd. (NYSE:TEL) today announced that the company has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Radio Frequency Components and Subsystem business to Cobham Defense Electronic Systems, a subsidiary of Cobham plc, for $425 million in cash.
