Cereplast Receives SPE 2009 Award
Cereplast, Inc. (OTCBB:CERP), a leading manufacturer of proprietary bio-based, sustainable plastics, today announced that it is the recipient of the 2009 Environmental Award for Emerging Technology in Materials from the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE). Frederic Scheer, Chairman and CEO of Cereplast, will officially accept the award during the Global Plastics Environmental Conference (GPEC) 2009 to be held next month in Orlando, Florida.
