The Koehler Group has acquired 100% of the shares in Marienthaler Werbe-Offsetdruck GmbH & Co. KG at 100 %. Since 2019, Koehler has already held a majority stake in the company from Schleiden in the Eifel region, which specialises in distribution and production of drinks coasters.
