Shareholders approve all items of the agenda with a clear majority

Around 57,4 per cent of Koenig & Bauer AGs share capital was represented at its 96th annual general meeting for the 2020 financial year. Held in virtual form for the second time for the protection of all participants due to the ongoing pandemic, the annual general meeting was declared open at 11 a.m. by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Professor Dr.-Ing. Raimund Klinkner.

Panther Print sets a world record in flexo preprint with technology from BOBST

This has never happened before in flexo preprint: Panther Print GmbH, a Panther Group company headquartered in Wustermark, Germany, used a BOBST 96S central cylinder, CI flexo printing press to print more than a million square meters of liner board (preprinted corrugated board) in 24 hours thus setting a new world record.
