The New York Times announced today the launch of The New York Times international weekly in Delo in Slovenia. The section, which will be published in English, joins a global network of newspapers that carry the news supplement, first published in 2002.
The Detroit Media Partnership, Detroit Free Press and The Detroit News were this year’s finalist chosen by International News Media Association members as the PulbiGroupe/Publicitas Innovative Business Model Contest honoree.
USA TODAY remains the most widely read newspaper in the United States according to the Spring 2009 Mediamark Research Inc. (MRI) report released today. USA TODAY reaches more than 3.7 million print readers daily, an increase of 3.4% since MRI’s Spring 2008 study, up 2.9% since Fall 2008.
