Dover Post Newspaper Publications prepared for the winter snow storms by giving free access to their online e-editions of Dover Post and Smyrna Sun Times for Wednesday. A username and password to access the printed publications was provided on their websites home page as they feared delivery to areas would be delayed until Thursday.
