One year after the murders of 57 people, including 32 journalists and media workers in the Philippines, more than 100 suspects remain at large as the culture of impunity continues to erode justice in the country, the World Association of Newspapers and News Publishers (WAN-IFRA) said Tuesday, the anniversary of the attack.
