A. H. Belo Corporation Announces Regular and Special Dividend and Share Repurchase Program

A. H. Belo Corporation (NYSE: AHC) announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $0.24 per share, and a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share, both payable on December 7, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 16, 2012.
