Epson Inkjets Win Grand Prize for Excellence in Energy Efficiency and Conservation

Seiko Epson Corporation (TSE: 6724, Epson) has been awarded The Director-Generals Prize, The Agency for Natural Resources and Energy, for Epsons LX-10000F series and LX-7000F series of high-speed linehead inkjet multifunction printers sold in the Japanese market. This award, which was part of the FY2018 Grand Prize for Excellence in Energy Efficiency and Conservation (Product Category & Business Model Category) awards program, was sponsored by the Energy Conservation Center, Japan, with support from the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

Durst and Koenig & Bauer enter joint venture for digital printing production lines

Durst, a manufacturer of advanced digital printing and production technologies, has entered into a 5050 joint venture with printing press manufacturer Koenig & Bauer for the joint development and marketing of single-pass digital printing systems for folding carton and cartonboard corrugated industry.
