Moquin Press, an $11 million trade printer located in Belmont, Calif., reports the installation of an Easygluer 100 folder-gluer from Heidelberg to supplement the work performed by an aging, competitive folder-gluer.
Herbert Walker in Shipley is continuing to invest, returning to Heidelberg just a year after installing a new Speedmaster XL 105-5+L (five-colour with coater). This time it has placed an order for a Diana Pro folder gluer which will cut outwork by more than £100,000 a year and give it greater control over costs and turnround times.

Sheffield manufacturer Rollem is teaming up with Heidelberg and Sappi at Ipex 2010 to create more than 30,000 packs of playing cards. Prior to the exhibition, Heidelberg will use a Speedmaster XL 105-10-P to print the cards on 285 gsm Sappi Algro Design Card, and during Ipex Rollem will use its Revolution finishing system to demonstrate how one operator can transform seamlessly printed sheets to fully wrapped decks.
