Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. (“Momentive Specialty Chemicals” or the “Company”) today announced that it will increase the prices for Epoxy Resins, Bisphenol A and Allylics in the Americas as listed in the following table. Driven by increases in key raw materials costs, this price adjustment becomes effective March 1, 2013, or as contracts allow.
