Neenah Announces Proposed $175 Million Senior Notes Offering
Neenah Paper, Inc. (NYSE:NP) announced today that it intends, subject to market and other conditions, to offer $175 million in aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2021 in a private placement. The notes will be offered only to qualified institutional buyers under Rule 144A of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and to non-U.S. persons outside of the United States under Regulation S under the Securities Act.
