Eleftheriades expands its business with Xeikon’s ICE toner

Xeikon, an innovator in digital color printing technology, announces that Cyprus-based longtime customer Eleftheriades has successfully tested ICE toner. This newly introduced toner was developed to suit heat sensitive substrates such as PE and direct thermal labels. Eleftheriades uses Xeikon digital presses to produce high quality labels in short run lengths, specifically for the cosmetics, pharmaceutical and consumer goods markets.

Metso’s Nomination Board consists of representatives of Cevian Capital, Solidium, Ilmarinen and Varma

Representatives of the four largest shareholders registered in Metso’s shareholder register as of August 30, 2013 are elected to the Nomination Board along with the Chairman of the Board of Directors as an expert member. Nomination Board is responsible for making proposals regarding the composition of the Board and the remuneration paid to Board members for the Annual General Meeting in 2014.

UPM plans to reorganise its Finance & Control operations

UPM plans to reorganise its Finance & Control operations and to outsource recurring transactional tasks to an external company by the end of second quarter 2014.
