Sun Chemical has hailed this year’s Labelexpo Europe its most successful ever with 40% more leads compared to the 2011 show.
The specialty chemicals group ALTANA takes over the European business for water-based and UV overprint varnishes of The Valspar (France) Corporation, S.A.S. In 2012, the business generated sales of less than 8 million, primarily in Europe. Within the ACTEGA division the business will be integrated into the Graphic Arts business line and will be managed by the company’s subsidiary ACTEGA Terra.
