Effective July 1, 2014, Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. (“Momentive Specialty Chemicals”) has recognized Archway Sales, LLC (“Archway”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Nexeo Solutions, LLC (“Nexeo”), as an authorized distributor to represent its epoxy resin, curing agent and modifier products. Archway, as a Nexeo subsidiary, will represent Momentive Specialty Chemicals, throughout the United States, primarily into the CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, and Elastomers) markets.
