Sun Chemical Acquires Colmar Inks Corporation

Sun Chemical has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire certain assets and liabilities of Colmar Inks Corporation based in Ontario, Canada. Colmars customer lists, contracts, and finished inventory will be included in the acquisition. The transaction is expected to close during the first quarter in 2016.
